3. What Data We Collect

When you email us

This website has no contact form. The contact buttons open your own email program with our address filled in. If you send us an email, we receive the information you include in it, typically your name, your email address and the content of your message, together with the usual technical details that come with any email. We use it only to reply to you.

Website visits

We use the analytics built into Squarespace to understand how the website is used. If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, Squarespace records information such as the pages you view, how you reached the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We use this only for overall statistics about visits. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them.

Technical data

This website is provided through Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace processes technical data such as your IP address and browser and device information in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Squarespace also sets its own cookies (see section 8).

Providing your data

Contacting us is voluntary. If you do, we need your email address in order to reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

• Emails you send us: taking steps at your request before a possible working relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics cookies (Squarespace analytics): your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 22.2 LSSI), given through the cookie banner.
• Technical data needed to run and secure the website: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Emails: for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, records that Spanish accounting and tax law require us to keep are kept for the period the law requires.
• Visit statistics: for as long as Squarespace keeps them in the analytics of this website. We use them only in aggregate.
• Cookies: for the periods shown in section 8.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

This website uses the following services, each with its own privacy practices:

• Squarespace: the platform that hosts and runs this website, including security, its built-in analytics and its own cookies.
• Postimages (postimages.org): hosts the photos shown on this website. When your browser loads them, your IP address and browser details are sent to the image host.
• Email service provider: receives and stores the emails you send us.
• Instagram and LinkedIn: the site only links to them. When you click a link you leave this website, and their own privacy policies apply.

Some of these services, including Squarespace, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, it relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
